Hi all. I have a Tab S3 (T820) and as titled, I cannot access my secure folder, I cannot get past the Welcome screen. Have biometrics set up, f/print won't open it (even used another print and told me incorrect).
Tried email and just flicks back to the welcome screen (even changed my password). The tab is happy with my details/id, just won't open the secure folder. I've reset settings, cleared cache & data, powered off, checked device/app updates - all ok. Any help much appreciated.

If you can't unlock your Samsung tablet's Secure Folder, you can try these steps:
  • Reset your password
If you've forgotten your Secure Folder PIN, pattern, or password, you can reset it using your Samsung account:

    1. Open the Secure Folder

    2. Enter your incorrect unlock code or pattern

    3. Tap Forgot PIN or Forgot Pattern

    4. Tap Reset

    5. Log in to your Samsung account

    6. Choose a new unlock code or pattern

  • Enable the "Reset with Samsung account" option
If you don't see the Forgot PIN or Forgot Pattern menu, you may need to enable the "Reset with Samsung account" option:

    1. Open the Secure Folder

    2. Enter your passcode

    3. Open the menu (three dots)

    4. Open Settings

    5. Enable the Reset with Samsung account option

  • Uninstall and reinstall the Secure Folder
If you've entered the incorrect PIN or pattern too many times, you can uninstall and reinstall the Secure Folder:

    1. On the login screen, select Uninstall Secure Folder

    2. Reinstall the Secure Folder
