- Reset your passwordIf you've forgotten your Secure Folder PIN, pattern, or password, you can reset it using your Samsung account:
- Open the Secure Folder
- Enter your incorrect unlock code or pattern
- Tap Forgot PIN or Forgot Pattern
- Tap Reset
- Log in to your Samsung account
- Choose a new unlock code or pattern
- Open the Secure Folder
- Enable the "Reset with Samsung account" optionIf you don't see the Forgot PIN or Forgot Pattern menu, you may need to enable the "Reset with Samsung account" option:
- Open the Secure Folder
- Enter your passcode
- Open the menu (three dots)
- Open Settings
- Enable the Reset with Samsung account option
- Open the Secure Folder
- Uninstall and reinstall the Secure FolderIf you've entered the incorrect PIN or pattern too many times, you can uninstall and reinstall the Secure Folder:
- On the login screen, select Uninstall Secure Folder
- Reinstall the Secure Folder
