My tab a9+ screen has a trouble

Since I got this about 6 5 months ago ,the screen's refreshrate is too low 

I watched literally every tutorial about fixing it, but I can't fix it 

Basically, it gives me 30hz 90 percent of the time  I do literally everything but still can't fix it 

It's on adaptive mode but still it's slow and not smooth

It depends on what model you own. The S series tablets will have a higher refreshrate compared to the A series model.

I hay galaxy tab a9plus, and I have a 90 hz refreshrate, but I can't experience this feature

Have turned power saving mode on by any chance? As that will reduce screen smoothness, also you can try turning off ram + in settings, very last thing you can try is reset your device.
