Call and Text S7 TAB to S10 Plus Phone

I am unable to set up Call & Text on my S7 Tab to my  S10 Plus phone. On the TAB, i have been able to get the QR code to come up but scanning it on my phone takes me to Samsung Notes.... 

Any Suggestions?

no need to scan anything, just turn on call and text on both devices on quick panel when u swipe down the screen

there is no place to turn in on on my phone. also there is no Call and Message Continuity Settings under connections.

My watch can receive calls and messages, my computer can using "Your Phone" on windows 10 , but my brand spanking new s7 tablet cant....

Unfortunately it's not there.... may be an issue with AT&T -

swipe down quick menu and swipe to the left on your tablet, its definetly there

The issue is on my phone, not my tablet. It is not on my phone.

so maybe your phone doesnt support that option
