I use an external Logitech bluetooth Keyboard with my samsung Tab S7 Plus with the Spanish layout mostly for programming. The key that's supposed to be for the caret symbol ^  types instead the circumflex accent symbol ˆ  which is totally different, can't replace the caret and therefore can't be read by any program. I've tried everything to change it to the right symbol but couldn't find any way, since I can only configurate the screen keyboard keys but not the bluetooth keyboard ones. I've tried installing the google keyboard and the microsoft swiftkey to my physical keyboard but they have the same problem.

Help please

My solution is not maybe the best but is helpful.
I configure my keyboard for change languague with the key "Lang" next right to the key Space. So when I need to write ^, I use the key Lang and write "Shift + 6" like a keyboard in US, after I use again key Lang and have the old language keyboard.
