Same problem with my Tab S9 Ultra, have a Logi K850, a Logi MX ERGO and a ProtoArc EM01, they all worked fine before the 6.1 update... now I have to re-pair each time I try to use them.

I found a workaround that solved the problem until a formal fix.

Disable the Suspended Actions from your S-pen, disable and enable bluetooth.

After that, i am using both my mouse and keyboard normally.

(Mx Master 3S and MX Keys Mini)

Exact same issue on tab s9. Worked perfectly with mouse and keyboard before latest update,  now I'm unable to connect more than one device at a time. Very frustrating bug, eagerly awaiting a fix.

Same issue, just got a Samsung S9+ and the tablet fails to consistently establish connections to the Logi Pebble Keyboard and Mouse.  After repairing, it connected, however the keyboard/mouse or both would eventually fail to connect.  Very frustrating.  I just tried the work-around: "Disable the "S Pen Air actions" which seems to have worked...

Having the same issue. Any BT device that isn't for audio playback is forgotten and must be paired fresh with my Tab S9 Ultra. Turning off Air Actions and toggling BT seems to have fixed it as others said, but for how expensive these tablets are this is unacceptable! Samsung, please push a fix for this immediately!

But is does not fix the problem with my microsoft ARCMouse...

Has anyone a hint?

Thanks, BHK
