Samsung account

I logged in a Samsung account on a Samsung Tablet. The account was created by only Google login. That account has no recovery options and cause that Google account hasn't been used for very long time I cannot access to Gmail. I want to remove the Samsung account from my device but it asks me for a email in the Google account that I can't access.

Is it possible to delete that account? I cannot even reset the tablet as Samsung account asks for the email to erased the account.

Is there no recovery option for Google to verify your account that you're trying to gain access to again?
I couldn't even remember my login details to my main email address I've had for decades. Thankfully I must have used my phone number as a recovery method. So they send you a text with a verification code to your phone. Maybe you've even used a 2nd email address as a recovery/backup method?
