Please let us change icon layouts or icon sizes for folders.
OneUI 2 and 2.5 had 4 icons across, and it was a vertical free-scroll.
OneUI 3.0 is now 3 icons across, wasted space, icons too big, and a horizontal page scroll.
I can't find a way to change it, but much preferred the 4 icons across.
Can we have layout options like we do for home screen and app screen?

Same here.. just installed the update and I'm asking myself who though this would be a good idea...
Also the lockscreen has bigger buttons as well.. I guess so that others can see better which pin I'm using?!

Yes, but this was a change that didn't need to be there. I used to work in software development so I know about development pressures and deadlines - this sounds like an accidental change that *should* have been picked up during beta test and corrected before release, that's what beta testing ought to do.
If it was noted during the beta I guess it may have been de-prioritized because we can get 3rd party customization apps - but in that case why not acknowledge and tell customers about that option?

Until the UI is changed, you can get third party customization apps such as Good Lock from the Galaxy store; this has a module that includes folder grid settings.

Ah, don't go MS, no need - I installed Good Lock from the Galaxy store; this has a module that includes folder grid settings.

I installed that as well, but it shouldn't be necessary. It's not obvious, if you don't do the Google search & find this thread you'll probably never find Good Lock. That's a solution to a problem that shouldn't be there

It will be great if any thing like FOLDER Icon editor or Something which allows users to edit a folder's size, Shape, folder rows n coloumns like folder space something in One UI.
I used Good Lock n i m pretty happy with all the customization it offers. The quickstar, Task Changer, NavStar (Navbar editor), NotiStar n LockStar r pretty good!!!
Samsung made a great customizing app for ONE UI.
There is even NICE LOCK made by XDA devs which runs the same modules n have few better features.
With #hex_ app i can even force Night mode in all Themes which is amazing!!
So it will be great if such more features are added in GOOD LOCK to allow customizing FOLDERs in ONE UI.
Many things can be improved but as of now i think CUSTOM FOLDERS like FolderStar... (something like a new module in goodlock) will be a good point to START adding new features.
Hope to see Samsung improve GOODLOCK or come onn XDA devs u can too go n start doing it!!
