Folder size/layout

Please let us change icon layouts or icon sizes for folders.
OneUI 2 and 2.5 had 4 icons across, and it was a vertical free-scroll.

OneUI 3.0 is now 3 icons across, wasted space, icons too big, and a horizontal page scroll.

I can't find a way to change it, but much preferred the 4 icons across.

Can we have layout options like we do for home screen and app screen?

Completely agree, Samsung change it back this is the worst! Literally created this account just to complain as well. Hate the update for this reason, wish I could rewind back to the old version, I keep opening the wrong apps.

I same went searching for the solution because in my note 10+ it's a habit and your finger goes automatically to the app on the folder but now with 3 icons on a row it's really a nightmare... so... this link will tell you to install an app called GOOD LOCK and in the app find the module called HOME UP and install it.  Leave Google play store and open GOOD LOCK and then open HOME UP listed in the app.  Second one listed is Folder.

There you may change your folder grid.  Going even 7x7 or more... anyway I'm very happy my apps are back in place. However you'll need to keep this app in your phone otherwise the apps will go back to 3x3 ... the link to the right GOOD LOCK app is highlighted in the text in this link below. Good luck...

I just got the s21ultra and have found the app layout is now 3apps across. My old s10 was 4 rows across which was not enough. Absolutely ridicoulus. I memorise all my apps by muscle memory and now open up wrong apps all the time

I spent the last 2 hrs on my s21 ultra trying to figure out where the option for folder layout is. Turned to Google and found this complaint thread. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST THING.

I moved from S10+ to the s21, a phone bigger in size and theres no option to change the app layout in the folders. PLEASE FIX THIS! NOBODY NEEDED THIS CHANGE

I loved the system of my folders when I had them as 4×4. Now that I got this update, the folders are 3×4 which confuses me so much. Would love if you gave us the ability to choose how we want our folders.

Guys this is fixed by downloading Home Up in GoodLock. Just download Goodlock from the galaxy store.

How do I find this app? I can't locate it in the galaxy store. Maybe its region locked?
