Please let us change icon layouts or icon sizes for folders.
OneUI 2 and 2.5 had 4 icons across, and it was a vertical free-scroll.
OneUI 3.0 is now 3 icons across, wasted space, icons too big, and a horizontal page scroll.
I can't find a way to change it, but much preferred the 4 icons across.
Can we have layout options like we do for home screen and app screen?

Add me to this list. Just updated to 3.0 and can't stand new folder icons. I created an account just to get this changed. Note10+

This issue is now three months old and as far as I can see, there has been NO positive response from Samsung.
It is with regret that I have now returned my S20 Ultra 5G. Not just because of this issue, however it was a major contributory factor.
I have a disability and rely heavily upon muscle memory. Changing the format, making the folders look like a child's toy is a ridiculous and wholly unnecessary meddling. The fact that Samsung have not addressed this raises concerns as to their overall committment toward end user accessibility, indeed, end users in general.
I'm sorry Samsung, this is something that should never have been an issue.

I would like if I can have more apps per row. Infact give us the option to customize. Let me choose whether I want 4 by 4 or 5 by 5 or 3 by 3

I've just created an account to support the request to return to a 4x4 layout or to configure it somehow. This change by Samsung is absolutely nonsense.

Exactly. Why this would change is beyond me. There's no value to eliminating the option. Some like 3 columns...most like 4. Heck, I'd work with 5 if it were an option. Point being, how much code is saved by writing out the option to change, which is why I use an Android (galaxy note 10) instead of an iOS

Yesss. I just installed this and it's great

My phone just updated to this and I HATE the folder icon layout. I repositions all the apps in the folder. Why did they "fix" something that wasn't broken?!

This is the worst. Complete DOWNGRADE in my opinion. Is there a way to go back to the previous version? I hate this!

Thank you. I agree this is ridiculous that users can't change the spacing of folder icons. We should be able to choose at least 3 or 4 icons across, if not allow people to scale it up to 5 if they so desire. I don't see how this would affect the way the software functions whatsoever, so this is a huge miss from a development and user understanding standpoint. I now have to go to a second page of my folder due to icons being spaced too widely for what I have in the folder. This is a huge step in the wrong direction and makes me not want to use Samsung if they disallow users from simply making folders act how they would like them to act... or at least use all the space if you're not going to give users the option. Weird choice! How did this decision make it to end users and a public release? Crazy.
