Smartthings not working

Is the smartthings down ? My Samsung tv is connected to network, can use apps fine but if I try to control it via smartthings iOS app it claims the tv is powered off/offline. Also Alexa voice control is not working either. Seeing as everything else is working fine about the house (hive etc) and the only thing not working is smartthings I can only assume it’s an issue at Samsung’s end. I only noticed the issue today. Last time I used the app was prob 2 or 3 days ago.

check and make sure ios device is on the same network as tv. if the same backbone but different WiFi names would for example not work since sometimes the WiFi access point gives an ip address not on the same dhcp server.

try adding device again in ios app after checking all

Thanks for response. Tv is and always has been Ethernet connected. I don’t think it’s iOS related as Alexa control no longer works and that’s a separate thing. The issue is on their end for sure
