I cant add my samsung smart t.v to my "living room" section anymore on the app. When i try to add it the smart t.v it will only got into the "directly connected devices" section. Seems like samsung has stopped supporting my device. This seems strange as it was working perfectly before i accidently removed my t.v when trying to add a speaker. Thr problem is i no longer cant control my t.v with the app when i could yesterday......

Did you use the email link on the web link provided? Have you checked your spam and junk folders?

No i used the dedicated help button which takes me to a 1:1 message platform with my enquiries. however when i get the automated response there is no way to reply even though it states please reply with serial number ect ect.

I am having the same problem. I can see the TV in the app as directly connected and i see the on/off status. However, smartthings can't create any action based on this on/off state. So please Samsung, link the Smartthings platfrom with the other "directly" connected systems so that at least Smartthings can read the state of these devices....

its pathetic as this worked perfect before i accidently deleted it. i have tried to revert back to older versions but this does not work..... please sort this samsung!!!
