Smartthing devices not connecting to hub after removing and reconnecting hub from app

Hi there, I have a number of older generation Smartthing devices (Outlets, water sensors, etc.) that will not connect to the hub. I've tried resetting the devices , changing the secure mode on the hub and playing around with the Z-wave utilities on the hub as well (just in case), all with no luck. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Other non Samsung devices (Hue, Belkin, TP-link) are all still connected as normal. Thanks in advance.
