I changed address and Internet provider and I couldn't get my hub to connect to my new router so decided I would try and start over. I deleted the hub from the app and tried reading it. The hub light would stay either blue or flashing blue with the occasional solid red light thrown in.
When I try to factory reset the hub, I hold the reset whist plugging in the power lead and router cable, but the yellow light is flashing realy fast rather then the gental pulse its supost to be and when it goes solid yellow I let the reset go but after going through a few different colours on the led it reverts back to it was before the reset with a solid or sometimes flashing blue light.
