Hi, My battery is flat after 7 days, is that normal? 2 of them have been in the luggage all the time, and only 1 of them got flat battery.

2 out of my 4 tags are dead in under 2 weeks, theyvare absolute *****, there is a lot of people reporting this and it's not improved by replacing battery. There is definitely an issue here. Good luck getting any help from samsung customer service, they are the most useless company when it comes to aftercare.
