No code after swicth to Bulb

Hi Team,

 

I have switched to bild via the same linkhttps://join.bulb.co.uk/?partner=smartthings shown on samsung members in my s9+  for bulb . Yet after 3 weeks, I haven't got any code in inbox/spam? Can you please tell what to.do next ??Screenshot_20200205-005551_Samsung Members.jpg
