Connecting Tuya smart to smartthings.

So I have plugs attached to tuya app and when I go to the app in the smartthing settings it says it s connected but nothing appears and can't see the plug on the main screen can anyone help

Chris- I bought the Tuya door sensors specifically to connect to smartthings after looking at non-hub devices and I can link accout to Tuya APP successfully but Smartthings does not see the sensor? Please help otherwise wasted £40 quid. thanks
