UK upgrade programme returns pack

Has anyone who upgraded via the upgrade programme in the UK got their returns pack yet? Normally I get the pack before I even get the phone. If you have got the pack how long did it take to get it after you got the phone? Or does anyone know how long I get to return it?

With mine I didn't get the returns pack. I had a label in the box that was sent to me which I didn't realise so I sent it via the email instructions I was sent. You can chase them and they normally send the email with the print outs for you.

You call the billing team and ask them to send you a pre-paid box. This comes within 7 days, then you factory reset the handset and send it back.

Yeah mine had a trade in return postal sticker and bag in the s22 packaging. I thought it was for returning the s22 within the 21 days but after speaking with the trade in department they told me that it was that purpose.

Just pop the trade in device in a box, put in the bag, apply the 48h tracked postal sticker and take to your local post office...

Had my tab s8 ultra delivered a few days ago. Trade in pack was included with the delivery for me.
