ordered a Samsung tablet. I have had no status updates about the order for weeks.

I advise to talk to Samsung customer service about this.

The order was showing on my customer account, but is no longer there. When I try to track the order, it says "order number not recognised." 
I have been able to get through to customer support - you make it extremely complicated to speak to a person
