Hi, I jave just upgraded to the S23 i used the trade in service and sent my S20 to the address on the paperwork, the post office has comfirmed the delivery but i have a message on my screen ths morning to say my device will be locked in 72 hours because they have not got it, can someone give me the customer services telephone number so i can get this sorted please.
