Trade in unexpected error

Hi - I am trying to buy a product and when I try and trare in my phone as part of the deal I keep getting an error message when I enter the Imei number, i have entered it manually and copy and pasted it.

Has anyone experienced this before,? t happens on the website and the app.

Is the device you are looking to trade in on the list that Samsung will accept?

Not every device can be traded in.

On the previous page have you selected the correct device to match with your IMEI?

Hi Piper yes, its a samsung s22 plus, cleared my cache and everything

Further to this, have you tried to do the transaction on another device/browser? If it still happens, it's definitely something with the device IMEI number.

Cleared cache on everything, ive two imeis on the phone and both not working not sure how else to fix it

Hi all quick update apparently they are doing an update and this maybe causing the issue, hopefully in 2 to 3 hours it will have been resolved

You could try and place your order over the phone and see if that works?
