My order got cancelled by Samsung without telling me the specific reason rather than the generic "not passed our rigorous security checks".
Most annoying thing is that the birthday voucher I waited for months was used in that order and when I try to reuse it again after the cancellation, it said the voucher already redeemed. Same thing for APP5 promo code, not usuable.
I contacted support but they won't do anything about it.
Samsung should stop sending vouchers if they keep doing this thing, it only brings frustration to us customers.

If the voucher cannot be reinstated so it can be used on another future order, then it is gone forever - this is very unfair & I can understand the op's great frustration.
Also, the reason for not passing the security tests should be explained in more detail. Perhaps the payment card failed, in which case the op should be allowed to have another go with a different card.
These would be put me off buying from Samsung ever again.
