Anyone else still not had there email for the free starter pack?already had the confirmation of trade in completed 4 days ago.but nothing for the review for free starter pack?

Still waiting for my email, it did state 14 days from receiving. I received mine on the 1st Feb so not long to wait now. Still haven't had an email saying order completed, I'm guessing that is because I don't receive the buds 3 until the 28th Feb.

Had the email about 7 days after receiving the phone( 1st Feb) once submitted, review has to be verified then they send pack out

Got mine 14 days after I placed the order, not 14 days after delivery (which surprised me).

Filled in and confirmation on screen that review accepted and starter pack will be with me within 30 days.

Ordered mine on go live date. Trade in accepted. No emails at all as yet. Spam folder also checked 😂
