Mine said customizing for a while before I got the delay notification. I had hoped that it had meant it wasn't going to get delayed.

Ordered my s22 ultra, burgundy color, 1TB on 2/9 during the unpacked event. Got my email confirmation for 3/8 which is tomorrow. Got an email 3/5 about my order being delayed. Attempted to cancel the representative was adamant about not canceling. in the interim I tried to order one through Verizon, Verizon had an estimated date of 4/1. So I did not cancel my order because who knows if I will get it sooner so now I am waiting to see if I will get my phone at all.

I ordered the custom red s22 Ultra with 512GB on February 09. My original delivery date was listed as March 08 (today) but I questioned if that was realistic given the lack of communication.
I decided to contact Samsung and was told someone would email me with an update. I received an email 2 days later informing me that my phone was delayed. As of 03-08-22, my order has no delivery date listed, just says it is being customized. Not sure when I will see it. Communication is sorely lacking.

I, like richitacos, ordered the S22Ultra 512GB Red unlocked, late on Feb9th and received confirmation at 12:01am Feb10th, expected delivery of March8th. As of Saturday (March5th) I got an email saying the phone was delayed. I was not given an updated delivery date though, so I can only twiddle my thumbs and wait I suppose. Majorly bummed, this is the first time I've ordered directly from Samsung. My AT&T pre-order of the S9 came exactly when it said it was going to when I placed the order.. big sad on this, though I'm still excited for the camera upgrade.

I live in Germany and I ordered my S22 Ultra (Burgundy) from Samsung's website on 24th Feb. While ordering, the expected delivery date was 11th March. Once I ordered and paid in FULL, the expected delivery date changed to May 2nd. Expecting customers to wait 2 months for a phone is highly unacceptable! Even the customer service has not replied to my email. Deeply disappointed by Samsung's service.
P.S. I also ordered the new 45W fast charger. The charger has already been delivered. I am sitting in my house like an ***** with a charger and no phone 😩

I've had a a very similar experience to yours, my current phone is broken. as well. My new phone was supposed to arrive February 25th, it is now March 9th and they don't even have the decency of updating costumers when they'll be receiving a (in my case) $1,400 phone . Unless they somehow make it up to costumers that have been affected, this will most likely be the last Samsung device i purchased. Shame on Samsung for their Horrible buisness practice, poor costumer service and lack of transparency.

I ordered S22 on Feb 10 at 3am after having issues all day trying to order. Original delivery date was March 8. On March 5th, I got an email saying delivery is delayed, also with no updates delivery date. I've pre-ordered from Samsung for my last 3 phones and never had any issues like this. Additionally, I know 2 people that walked into their provider and got their phones that day. I feel like we, as people that pre-order, should have gotten phones well before people that walked into a store on the day of release.
