I ordered my Samsung S22 Ultra 256GB in Phantom Black Yesterday (24/02/2022) UK. Was told it would be with me today (25/02/2022) Order screen has been on processing order placed not dispatched. Then day I received a text not even a email saying "Dear Samsung customer, we regret to inform you that your order has been delayed, and this will now be with you by 26th of February. Our courier partners will be in touch when your product has been dispatched and we will also contact you via email. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding" Anyone else in this boat?

Same thing here and just got text from dpd saying Monday. I'm cancelling samsung have messed this up big time

Same I got a message from Samsung about the order being a 24 hour delay now DPD saying its coming on Monday

I'm refusing delivery when it comes and I paid extra for before 10.30 delivery yesterday as well so I want that back too

It may not be Samsung's fault on this.
DPD have a huge amount of deliveries from all the pre orders.
Had this before myself where they couldn't fit it in.
Don't know why, never get a reason.
But one extra day is cool.
Better than the 4 weeks to wait for an exclusive colour one

That's not my problem I ordered from Samsung with a chosen delivery date and time they have failed to deliver

Personally if I had a grievance with this, and of course if that's the date they gave you the option for.
I'd contact the customer support team and see if there is something they could do.
Vouchers or something to compensate for your inconvenience.
I don't know if that is something they would do, but registering your complaint may help you in some way.
I'd still take the phone, as it would then take you more time to source another.

Thats terrible, I haven't received a email/text from dpd yet. So as far as I'm concerned its tomorrow until further notice 🙃

Wait... so you ordered an S22 ultra yesterday expecting delivery today ?  And there are already many buyers on this forum that have pre-ordered a few weeks ago on 9th February and their order has been delayed in transit.

Not being funny... but surely this is not a situation that you can't wait for a 2 day turnaround for your phone delivery ?    This is likely a DPD courier issue and not Samsung themselves.  Also if you do get to receive it tomorrow, then I would feel very lucky for receipt before the pre-orderers that have been waiting weeks for theirs !
