Samsung Online Shop - delivery issues?

online shop and online order tracking very frustrated with product delivery as ordered and  shop confirmed delivery due date yet after 10 days still not recieved my s23 ultra exclusive coloured phone no emails just chatted with online support to be told supply issues with exclusive colours ? yet go online and can order exact same and states (Online Exclusive colours are ready for shipment. Hurry, while stocks last!) but i am still waiting after almost two weeks??

samsung you need to get your act into gear online order tracking showing different dates from the 30th of june then 1st july and 10th of july???

The exclusive colours can get delayed a bit.
I remember that I had to wait 7 weeks for my S22 Ultra in an exclusive colour.
Lukily things are better now.
Communication is one thing I wished I could have had. But the shop team literally can see the same as you.
Just a case of waiting unfortunately.
Keep looking in your Samsung Account in the online shop for updates.
Though once it arrives, you just want to get into that setup. It's a great phone and definitely worth waiting for.
I went with the Sky Blue colour this time with my S23 Ultra.

Which colour did you go for?
