I brought a Samsung tv from Samsung online shop they delivered a screen broken TV to me for weeks I have sent them emails without response... I call them every one of the customer service don't speak English... I ask someone to help me to talk with them in Germany... they still refuse to listen that I need to call them myself .... what 😠 😡 madness is this....

@osy4: I can certainly understand your frustration. If your TV reached you in an unsuitable condition, and you are based in Germany, then you will need to reach out to Samsung Support in Germany in order to return the device for a refund or replacement. If you don't speak German, ask a friend or colleague to explain the situation to them, to see if they can arrange for an English speaking advisor to contact you, or authorise your friend/colleague on your customer account to speak on your behalf.
