Very odd, a few days ago I was on a chat with Samsung UK, trying to resolve issues with my Buds3 Pro, once we were done, I pointed out there was no email chat transcript, near instantly I have a short formal reply saying GDPR if you want a copy contact their data team and an email was provided, but when the chat ended that went.
