Didn't receive birthday code

Hi, has Samsung stopped giving out birthday codes? I didn't receive my one this year and I was wondering why, I tried contacting through the live chat but they told me to wait a month for it to come... I wanted to buy a new phone this year during Black Friday but it seems I'm not going to receive my code.

I don't always get a birthday code. Don't think it's something you get every year
Sometimes codes are not stackable anyway depending on the promotion

I got mine in June this year as normal, never missed one yet.

I have always received a Birthday code in recent years,experiences seem to vary though.  They are time limited and yes not available on all promotions.   The codes are account specific  and cannot be transferred.

I've never received a birthday code.

Birthday codes are sent out randomly and you are not guaranteed to get them. Depends on what promotions Samsung want to run and when I guess.
