I've had a load of different failures. I'm assuming when they eventually sort it all the initial stock will be gone and it'll be weeks of waiting 😕

I tried different browsers (Edge, Firefox), no ad blocking, Wi-Fi and mobile broadband, VPN (UK and US), nothing works. The issue persists any ways so they must have a hard time :smiling-face: or just kind of "forcing" us to pay whole rather than paying instalments.

Weirdly the Samsung Finance website works well but that's a different server, I guess. I couldn't find data what the server could be the website/app tries to reach... anyone? Wireshark? :smiling-face:

After logging in for the 5th time and having a DNS failure and then it automatically emptying my basket saying we don't deliver in your area, I am thinking that I'll just pay off my S23 and look around at other options. A multinational company that can't scale up for a launch for 3 years running really doesn't deserve my business.

Oh come on, everyone and everything can have a bad day. Did you never made any mistakes or failed in something regardless how professional you are in that matter? Someone is trying to fix it, I'm sure. I checked the source code, they are heavily using AWS and also Cloudflare might have something to do here, too.

I'm just as upset as you are for not being able to finalise my payment to put my hands on the desired device as soon as possible but being angry about something we have absolutely no impact on, it's pointless. I guess we tried every possible ways to get through the finance option but no solution on an end user side. So let's just wait until the responsible team fixes it. Peace :smiling-face:
