Hey all, looking for help.
My S22 Ultra is in the basket and I'm trying to select a payment method. When I choose Samsung Finance, the box to choose how many months etc doesn't populate and I get an error:
An error occurred while processing your request.

It hasn't yet let me do the check so its not failed. I've tried multiple devices and browsers, yesterday and today.
I contacted support yesterday, and was told there was a known issue. Today when I contacted, the next support agent wasn't aware of any issues and asked me to try ordering a few different ways but still the same.
Is anyone aware of any issues?
I've even tried Klarna but after selecting how many months it asks me to verify with SMS code which I do then it takes me back to the basket before I've chosen a delivery slot & payment method again(without doing the checks for finance eligibility)
Please advise, I just want to get a new phone lol!
