Hi just got s25 ultra and it says claim free galaxy buds pro 3 ......does anyone know how i go about this.....

Contact samsung directly, they should provide you with a link to claim 😊

@jono2125: If you purchased the S25 Ultra from a participating retailer between the 16th April 2025 - 20th May 2025, then you can claim a set of Galaxy Buds3 Pro by following the link below.

I went here and claimed. Uploaded everything as requested. Got a tracking id but this does not work. Used site https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/buds3prooffer/en-GB

I'd also recommend checking back in 24 hours, as it is possible that the tracking ID may take time to activate.
