S25 Stuck at Order confirmed

 I pre ordered S25 Ultra Titanium pink gold 1TB on January 27th and the order status is still at Order confirmed. Is there any chance I can request for an expedited delivery, with a willingness to cover any additional costs.

😒 I can't live chat said, would have to cancel 😑 then reorder again (will lose the vouchers i used to order) and refund will take 7 days apparently as it's ready to be dispatched. Will 🙏it arrives tomorrow.

Same as everyone and nothing on DPD App. Ended up buying the s25 for the wife , I decided not to upgrade my s24 ultra at this stage .

My UK order says 'preparing despatch'. Ordered on 1st day, delivery due by 1st Feb but hoping it will be 31st Jan. Nothing on DPD
App yet tho... 🤞

I don't have any update yet
I've ordered loads from Samsung site and you always get a notification the evening before delivery day.
Then I just check the updates on the DPD app
I'm picking mine up from a Samsung Experience Store. My date is 1st February
So will expect a change tomorrow, Friday evening

In the past have found the delivery status changes over night and it arrives that day. It has been a day or 2 early in the past.

I actually meant when you get the DPD notification you can change delivery date

@robobob It'd be a shame to cancel and lose your vouchers. DPD (and most couriers really) provide a number of options to reschedule delivery.

Aye, ordered on the 22 Jan for delivery on the 1st Feb. And still showing as preparing dispatch.
One wonders just how difficult is it to box up a phone and chuck it in the back of a DPD truck?
