Pretty disgusted by the pathetic service provided by Samsung for a S22 Ultra pre-order. Purchased on Feb 11th with a promise of a 4 week delivery. Shifted withing days to 23rd Mar.
On 23rd Mar shifted to 6th April (today). Today shifted to 20th April.
Shocking service. Zero management of expectations. Clearly selling these on the promise with no way to back it up. Thoroughly appalled. Ought to switch manufacturer.
