Reward points not showing in balance

Need clarification please, spoke to an agent on live chat. Not helpful at all. I placed an order via Samsung account on Samsung website and they are saying it's been ordered via something called EPP or Samsung network, so points cannot be awarded. Why is that? And what is that?

Yes that is correct.   I actually achieved an amazing deal last year on our work EPP portal with Samsung and bought the S23U with the free buds and a watch 5 pro, with double discounts and various other freebies.  

I was hoping for points as well, but i guess it was asking a bit much :smiling-face:

That's amazing and yes I had plenty discounts due to perks at work n s24 ultra became very cheap. So all good but shame can't collect reward points even though it is from Samsung own website.
