To participate in the One UI 6 beta, a Galaxy S23 Ultra from England is required to be able to send feedback for this version.

Could I buy this model on the website and have it shipped to Spain?

The stable One UI 6 won't be that far away.
Be worth waiting I would think.
If you are buying with finance, I very much doubt you will be able to.
I'm not sure they will ship abroad like this anyway.
Phones are regional, so warranty won't be valid for a UK model in another country

Hi @MKC , I can confirm that the UK website shop only ships to UK addresses.

Warranty cover should be okay between the UK and Spain, but there could be issues with software updates and access to local services depending on how the device is set up initially; and as Glenntech says it'll be a lot of hassle and added cost just to get access to a beta that'll probably be all but done by the time a device gets to you the long way around.
