Pre reg to unpack 2024: offer of £50 off case and screen protector not fulfilled

Pre Registered to unpack 2024 2 weeks before the event at the time Samsung advised offer of £50 off + free case + free case however not received email with the codes anyone in situation? Is Samsung trying to delay sending the offer code so the pre order offer of  free watch and free storage upgrade will be missed? Seems dishonest business if that is the is the intention?

There are a few recent posts on the forum from people who haven't unfortunately received the Samsung email which holds the £50 off code. 

The watch code is S24GW

There isn't a code for a free case or screen protector and they do nkt show up when pre ordering. 

Samsung are giving 30% off cases if ordered at the same time.

I have contacted Samsung via chat yesterday and today and they said check my email which I have checked my emails many times. On chat Samsung said they can generate a £50 off code without screen protector and case. But how can Samsung do that when they advertised on the other items? To not fulfill what's advertised is false advertising which I believe is a case for trading standards. The other decision should I give my hard and earned money to company that is dishonest and the effort to chase up on a offer they advised? Also I am a returning customer (doubtful now) I brought the s2, s8+, S20+ s21 ultra, tab S8+ but no matter how good the products if a company is dishonest they don't deserve me giving my money?

Also I seem to recall the screen protector and case is valued at £79 when signing up the pre registered unpack event if case and screen protector is out of stock why don't Samsung just give £50+£79 off? Samsung hoping people would forget?

Got my free screen protectors and Silicone case when I ordered my S24 last night.

A week or so back. The email with code didn't drop into my inbox until 7pm last night.

I registered 2 weeks before the event and still not received email of the code.

I know Samsung customer chat has a list of everyone's email.who did pre register and will generate a code if its confirmed you did pre register.

Quite bad if a customer have to ask on chat as I recall when registering it said we will send the offer.
