Pre-order Cancelled by Samsung - Used £50 register interest voucher

Hi, 

I registered interest in the unpacked event for £50. Received my voucher for that and ordered the Galaxy Watch Ultra.
Day later I get a random email saying the order was cancelled. I contacted support and they say it didn't pass their security checks and they suggested I placed the order again. Now as the voucher is used I do not get the pre-order discount and I won't get a refund for registering interest. Wonder if anyone else had the same issue and how to go about this?

I got exactly the same issue regarding tadeinh in two phones which was stated that you can only trade in one.

If you call Samsung Customer Services they would usually generate a new voucher code for you

Ok, so I just called with the support team and the reason my order was cancelled was because the discount exceeded 60% of the total price of the watch. Apparently this isn't allowed I used many rewards points for the order which is included in the 60% discount limit

That isn't fair at all. You deserved the discounts, so why would they cap it. Very unfair!

I agree 100% I have sent a strong email as I do not agree with that policy I've have spent close to £4000 in the past year and can't even use all my reward points towards my order

Hi. I ordered 9th via Blue light card and paid through PayPal. Today I got an email saying order cancelled. I rang and they said I couldn't have the £50 voucher off as well as trading in my watch. I had to reorder,but no free buds as that code expired last night and nothing can be done. Customer service even said the code would still work- but it obviously didnt. Most annoying is i wont get the new watch til 1st Aug now,after it was going to be 22nd July 😭 👊

Same thing happened to me ordering the watch 8, although their website permits you to apply these discounts

OMG YES I am having the same issues! Samsung support is absolute trash! I HAVE rang them, spoken on live chat and the live agent even made a ticket to escalate. I got an email this morning from the ticket he raised. The email was copy and pasted with part missing they were supposed to fill. The email did NOT answer a single question I asked..... now the imei for my fold6 does not work on the site anymore. Says already used as I used it on the cancelled order.

Their support is absolute trash!

I used codes like Paypal and used a trade in. Traded in a tablet and my phone.

The advert shows £935 max combined trade in so I dont understand why it isnt working for the fold7 I am trying to buy. Support provides NOOOO answers!!

THIER ADVERT LITERALLY SHOWS YOU can combine a phone and tablet for trade in! But when you do it, it get cancelled. I am not an Apple fan but seeinf how rubbish support is for Samsung I thinking of moving to Apple after owning all the latest Samsungs after the S22. I am so frustrated and annoyed. Now my pre order discount code work aswell along with my imei and support cant give a single answer. At least Apple support is A class!

Missed out on the ZLIVE code aswell as order was cancelled. Sumsung support sucks!

Yep same buying the fold 7 via Samsung enhanced partnership program. It got cancelled. Lost out on all the codes and support is absolute rubbish. Tried 6 more times and cancelled. They have made a right mess of things. The rest of my story is in the above reply. So frustrated. Apple would honour anything they advertised. Samsung dont!
