Hi everyone.
I placed my Samsung S23 order on Sunday and I was supposed to receive it yesterday, for some reason it has now been cancelled and Samsung are refunding my order.
What can I do?
I have already spoken to customer support but they didn't help me properly, apparently I will receive an email but I am not sure how that will help.

I just checked the website and the phone is still in stock.
I won't be able to reorder it because I used my birthday code and refer code.
Which have both been used now.
I guess I'll have to wait for their email.

This is happening with for the third time they cancel my order and i spoke with the customer service they said they couldn't tell me the reason for security reasons, it was a ring not a gun and paid full payment what security reasons????
