Hi everyone.

I placed my Samsung S23 order on Sunday and I was supposed to receive it yesterday, for some reason it has now been cancelled and Samsung are refunding my order.

What can I do?
I have already spoken to customer support but they didn't help me properly, apparently I will receive an email but I am not sure how that will help.

It's possible with the new phone being available now that stock availability for the S23 is out.
Or some part of the order process went wrong.
Only thing you can do is, if it's still available to reorder what you want

Hey there

The S23 has been out of stock for a little while now. I suspect as @Glenntech has said above, that they are not planning on having any more in now the S24 Series is out.

Thanks for the response.

I just checked the website and the phone is still in stock.

I won't be able to reorder it because I used my birthday code and refer code.

Which have both been used now.

I guess I'll have to wait for their email.
