OMG UK people! S24 Ultra - Delayed pre-order

I have just been on phone to 0333 000 0333 and have been informed by a lady operator that there is a delay to delivery my delivery is due to be with me Feb 23rd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They having a laugh ordered this on day of release on understanding I selected 24th Jan for delivery! Even paid for before 10am delivery slot.. to be told this on phone! No notification from Samsung and they have taken my £1000+ hard earned cash.
For them to think it's okay

Did you order an exclusive colour and/or 1TB? Poor that you now have a month delay from what was expected.

I preordered yesterday and delivery is Feb 19. Who knows when that will arrive if the ones bought on 24th are this late? Also the claim for the free watch must be made by Feb 24. If it arrives after that you can't claim.

Unfortunately @scouter1st delivery dates can slip due to supply and demand coupled sometimes with what colour of phone and what storage option has been chosen. 

That said the date can also improve too so keep an 👁 out.

I feel for you.
My S22 Ultra in website exclusive colour took 5 weeks to arrive.
Was happy when it eventually did get delivered. But the wait was annoying.
My phone is in a case most of the time, so I don't bother with the exclusive colours now.
But like @BandOfBrothers says. It can just get sent way before then.
Get the DPD app and register, it will let you know before Samsung does when they get the order details
