Note 10 Plus Pre-order delivery date?

Hi there,

I pre-ordered my Note 10 Plus on 7th August and the status on the my order page still says Shipping Requested and I have paid to have the phone delivered on 23rd August before 10:30AM.

Does this mean that I am not going to get my phone tomorrow.

I have called Samsung Sales and they were not much help at all.

Any advise?

I ordered on the 11th August and requested delivery before 12pm on the 23rd, however I received mine today. Bonus! You should receive yours tomorrow! Enjoy, its beautiful!!
