Yea I'm the same happens to me every year and I never get birthday codes, luckily my wife gets hers so I just Rob hers. I have never had a promotional email for samsung ever for some reason, I just get whatever deals are in online.

Went on topcashback.co.uk search Samsung & just click the appropriate offer, it opens the link in new tab with a message "we have recorded visit" always tracks.
