I haven't received my birthday code and Samsung customer service is as much use as a chocolate teapot.
I'd like to invest in a new phone. Does anyone have a code for this month they're not using??

The system for sending the 15% birthday code is working as far as I'm aware as I recently received mine a couple of days before the actual date.

No. I have not. They isually run from the begining until the end of the month. Qm waiting to pull the pin, but knowcthey won't honor the code retrospectively. Samsung customer service is shocking.
