Missing £50 Unpacked voucher

Hiya,

Earlier this week I registered for the Samsung Unpacked event as there was an offer of a £50 discount voucher to spend in the Samsung online shop. 

However there is no sign of this voucher anywhere & all the help chat operater said was it's 'system generated'. 

Anybody else register & was promised a £50 discount voucher they haven't received, or know anything about this?

Have you checked your spam folder? I received mine from Samsung no problem, do a search in your inbox for Samsung and it might show up in case you missed it, the header does not mention it has the code, it says something like galaxy S24 series is here, you have to scroll down to find the code. Hope this helps

Not recently code either anybody familiar with CAP code 8.2. Is Samsung in breach of the code I wonder.
