Late delivery s23 ultra

I ordered a s23 ultra on the 22nd September, however like many others have recieved late delivery email after late delivery email. My latest says it will be here on the 5th oct however I’m unsure it will come them either. It’s the standard size and not an exclusive colour, how long has it actually took for other peoples phones to turn up? Just after an idea as I need this for work. tried speaking to Samsung and keep getting fobbed off with can’t give a day I will here from DPD when on way. Any help would be good 😁

Having the same problem, looks like I really picked the best time to order my first Samsung phone..

Ordered the S23 ultra a few days ago and the estimated delivery is 16th October, nearly 2 weeks wait for a phone that is showing as "in stock" on their website.

Really bad experience so far, doubt I'll ever order directly from Samsung again considering I could have had the phone delivered within 24hrs had I bought it from literally anywhere else but Samsung.
