Am able to progress through the purchase and Klarna credit agreement until it comes to making the deposit payment.
I have tried multiple cards to make the payment but each fails. Each payment failure adds a soft search on my Transunion credit file. Klarna have also already carried out a hard search on my Transunion credit file.
How can I make the deposit payment when all my cards are failing. Cards work fine on any other purchase.
Any ideas, some suggestion from last year Samsung Upgrade Programme - Klarna Issues again that using a new email address at Klarna may work? It's a year on, surely this should have been fixed by now.

I am awaiting to make contact with Klarna's specialist team to see if we can identify what the issue is.

Yes ,delivery and billing address are the same, and same address as used at the Credit Card companies and Transunion credit Agency. All addresses match.

Yep. Have tried again with different email address and got 'We were unable to process your card.' on deposit payment page again. Looks like I won't be upgrading and will have to stick with the S21 for another year. Looks like the end of my Samsung phone run.

It looks like I may have been mis-sold last year - Get the latest Galaxy phone every year: Samsung Upgrade Programme in the UK
All is fine as long as Samsung/Klarna allow you upgrade and they don't have technical issues preventing upgrade. Remember they also top load the finance agreement with a hefty final month payment, in my case £265.75! I'm very willing to upgrade but can't.

If I remember rightly last year when I had this problem, I had ended up doing it in IE and it went through? (No idea what the issue with Chrome/Firefox was and samsung support seemed uninterested.)

Don't bother, klarne are absolutely useless and no help at all. What bothers me the most is that samsung are silent and offer no support regarding this major balls up
