Had a email today from Klarna, Samsung have not settled my agreement after getting my new S24 and also it says Samsung have rejected it ??

I have had an email from Samaung stating my upgrade is complete and will settle with Klarna..

What should I do now ?

Same for me, received the confirmation email stating outstanding balance will be settled within 10 days, that was over a month ago. Tried to call their customer service but it was useless.

I did live chat. Asked to show proof of email to say the upgrade is complete, screenshot of Klarna and receipt from the post office. Alarming really

I refused to send a screenshot of their email, like it's their email why would I need to prove they have sent it. It's so weird

I have also just received an email from Klarna saying my account is paid off. How convenient and still terribly poor CS from Samsung.

Got the same issue had email to say it will be settled, but it hasn’t and to make matters worse I’ve had a nice letter today claiming legal action will be taken against me if I don’t pay so obviously I’ve now paid, but I’m paying for two contracts when it should be just one. Everytime I go to Samsung they say go to Klarna and Klarna say go to Samsung. No one has a clue. I’m at the point of taking legal action against Samsung now and I really don’t want to but the stress and upset this is causing me has caused me a mental breakdown.
