Issues ordering Samsung watch 4 via Blue Light discount card

I'm trying to order the new watch 4 via my blue light discount card, but when I go to check out it asks me to sign into my Samsung account which I log into fine, but then it comes up with the following... I've tried putting in my email address but it says it isnt valid? I dont understamd what it means but employee email address??

I've never managed to use my Samsung account login when using the blue light card. Try using an incognito browser tab to sign into Blue Light then go to the Samsung site using the Blue Light link. Don't sign in using your Samsung account but check out as normal  - it means you won't be able to track the order through your Samsung account but you should get the discount.

Yeah I bought mine using BLC, I didn't sign in
