Just had enough now. Nothing has worked, live chat, customer support and Klarna.
Best advice is always wait a few hours. 
Still nothing works

I have finally managed to upgrade!
Used Samsung Internet browser on phone. Deleted cached files first (Settings -> Personal data -> Delete browsing data -> (selected all checkboxes) -> Delete data.
Then click on Tabs and select 'Turn on secret mode'. Then enter your upgrade link. I did NOT login to my Samsung account and was able to successfully progress through all the steps of the upgrade.
I hope others can also now hsve success in upgrading.

I also used the same input details as I had used during previous failed upgrade attempts. This time it just worked.

Hi there, I'm also having problems with upgrading my phone, I can get as far as the end then klarna says we are having trouble finding you,  I have recently moved house but have updated my address with samsung and klarna, very frustrating.  Hope you can help
