How to send back a phone through the upgrade program

I've upgraded from an S21+ to an S22 ultra, had the new phone for a week now but have no idea how to return the S21+. Will Samsung send something out for me to return the phone? Don't want to be paying for 2!

You have to send it through your provider just try to talk to them and they will send you a package that you will pack your phone and evrething. Also you have to take it through a process of removing all your apps and screen and case protection.

You should get an email from Samsung informing you that a return pack is on its way. I got the email on Saturday and awaiting the return pack, which is delivered by post

Did you get a returns pack. Am waiting for a pack to return s21 ultra. Any ither tips

About 3 days after I emailed them I got the returns pack through the post
